New Home for Fine Bone China

We are called 'Xavier' after the Jesuit missionary saint Francis Xavier d'Entrecolles. Xavier stands for his birthplace of Javier in the Kingdom of Navarre and is the romanization of the Basque place-name meaning 'castle', 'new house' or 'new home'.

Xavier China is the new home of English fine bone china. And we hope we can help you find the perfect china for your home - new or old, castle or cottage!

And as the latest in a long line of family-run English manufacturers, we are very proud to draw inspiration from historic china houses including like Spode, Royal Doulton and Wedgwood.

Fine bone china might not be a new discovery, but just like Egyptian cotton and Irish linen, it's beauty and practicality will ensure it stays fresh for generations to come.
